RICHARD, Cecelia
Mary
RICHARD, Cecelia Mary - 93, Charlos Cove, Guysborough Co., died Wednesday,
March 12, 2003, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Charlos Cove,
she was a daughter of the late Mark and Celeste (Pellerine) Richard.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Charlos Cove
and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In earlier
years, she was a barber in Charlos Cove and the surrounding communities.
She also was employed in the fish plant both in Caribou and Bayfield.
During her later years, she resided with her niece Alice LeBlanc, Charlos
Cove. Cecelia is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased
by sisters, Margaret Richard, Lucy Fogerty,
Minnie Conway, Sister Celene; brothers, Bernard
and Hubert; several brothers and sisters in infancy. Visitation will
be Friday from 12 noon until time of funeral mass at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph's
Roman Catholic Church, Charlos Cove, Father Will MacPherson officiating.
Burial in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St.
Joseph's Parish Fund. Arrangements are entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral
