ADA REBECCA MUNROE

MUNROE, Ada Rebecca - 90, Halifax, passed away February 10, 2003, in St. Vincent's Guest House, Halifax. Born in White Head, she was a daughter of the late Angus and Elizabeth (Munroe) Feltmate. She was a member of I.O.O.F. Lodge, Northern Lights Choir and the Vimy Branch Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Choir. She is survived by daughters, Phyllis (John) Beare, Ottawa; Judy (Charles), Savary, Halifax; son, Cecil (Connie) Munroe, Malta; sister, Dora Snyder, Sheet Harbour; grandchildren, Cari, Ryan, Kelly, Diana, David and Sandy. She was predeceased by her husband, Vernon; brothers, Harry, Austin, Everett and Donald. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 13, both in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax, Rev. Dianne C. Parker officiating. Interment in Fairview Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent's Guest House.
