Harold John
HENNEBERRY, Harold John - 75, Eastern Passage, passed away Friday, June
3, 2005, at home. Born July 3, 1929 in Charlos Cove, Guysborough Co.,
he was a son of the late Alfred and Maude (Snyder)
Henneberry. Harold was a Merchant seaman, then went to work at Fairey
Aviation, then Hermes Electronics, before retiring. He was a member
of the Eastern Lodge 8686 Eastern Passage and former member of the Athletic
Association. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughters, Barbara
(Eugene) Lafitte, Shirley (James) Ito; sons, Harold (Allison), Stephen
(Sheila); stepdaughter, Joanne; stepsons, Larry and George; grandchildren,
Crystal, Lisa, Jesse, John, James, Brandon, Shane, Johnnie, Tessa, Paige,
Carolina; great-grandchildren, Emily-Ann, Isabella, Audrey, Elaine and
Blayne; sisters, Loretta Craig, Margaret Pitts and Shirley Euloth. She
[sic] was predeceased by brothers, James and Eric; former wife, Vivian.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be Tuesday 7-9 p.m. in J.
Albert Walker & Sons Funeral Home (469-5601), 307 Prince Albert Rd.,
Dartmouth. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Andrews
Church, Eastern Passage. Reception will follow in the Lion's Club Hall
with burial at a later date. Family flowers only, or donations to Alzheimer
Society of Nova Scotia, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
