BOUDREAU, Margaret Veronica
BOUDREAU, Margaret Veronica - 92, Parkstone Enhanced Care Facility, Halifax, and formerly of Port Felix, Guysborough Co., passed away peacefully on 8.2 of the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII, Halifax, on Friday, October 22, 2004. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Born in Port Felix, she was a daughter of the late James and Angeline (Pelrine) Bond. In earlier years, Veronica worked at the Pictou and Lismore Lobster Factories. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she loved knitting, quilting and playing bingo. She also enjoyed her summers in Port Felix visiting her family and friends. She leaves to mourn daughter, Lillian (Cliff) Richard, Lower Sackville; granddaughter, Charlene; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Raymond; brothers, Leo, Alonzo, Larry, Joe and William; sisters, Florence, Mary and Eva. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. with funeral mass Monday at 11 a.m., both in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Port Felix, Fathers Daniel Boudreau and Gerald David officiating. Burial in St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery. Floral tributes welcome. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Parish Fund.
