RHYNOLD,
Edna Margaret
RHYNOLD, Edna Margaret - 80, Antigonish, formerly of Canso, died Friday,
June 11, 2004, at home. Born in Yankee Harbour, Guysborough Co., she
was a daughter of the late Maude (Munroe), and raised by grandparents,
the late George and Emmiline Munroe. She was a retail merchant in Canso.
Surviving are daughters, Elaine Rhynold (Gerard Mason), Antigonish;
Gwen (Cyril) Dicks, Sarnia, Ont.; son, James, Canso; eight grandchildren;
three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred;
one son in infancy; granddaughter, Charlotte Power. No visitation by
request. Graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, June 24, in
All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery, Canso, Rev. Peter MacRae officiating.
Memorial donations in memory of Edna may be made to St. Martha's Hospital
in The Home or All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery Fund. Funeral arrangements
are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home,
