RHYNOLD, Agnes Violet - 82, Whitehead, Guysborough Co., died Sunday, January 18, 2004, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Little Dover, Guysborough Co., she was a daughter of the late William and Nancy (Haines) Rhynold. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a former member of the Whitehead Volunteer Fire Department. Agnes was an avid bingo and card player, enjoyed dances, darts and loved to knit. She is survived by sons, Jim (Mary), Country Harbour; Pat (Flossie), Herman (Karen), both of Whitehead; Harry (Isobel), Toronto; Stanley (Nancy), Guelph, Ont.; daughters, Mary (Neil), Edna (Murray), both of Whitehead; Violet (Duncan), Port Felix; 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Herman; daughter, Patricia; brothers, Art, Stan; sisters, Ada, Winnie, Minnie, Joanne. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today, 2-9 p.m. Tuesday, funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, both in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Whitehead, Rev. Tori Byrne officiating. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Agnes' name to Holy Trinity Church Roof Fund.
