ANDREW PETER DOIRON
Doiron, Andrew Peter - 74, of 41 Pine St.; Pictou passed away suddenly , Friday, June 1 2001, at his home. Born in Charlo's Cove, he was the son of the late Frank and Flossie (Mannette) Doiron. He was a member of Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, Pictou. He was employed with the Canadian Hydrographic service and the U.A. Local 244 Pipefitters, Plumbers and Welders . He is survived by his wife of 37 years, the former Jean Cheverie; step-children, Pete (Faye), Dinny (Laura), both of London, Ontario; 13 step-grandchildren ; 10 step-greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family, having been predeceased by his sisters, Elsie, Mabel, brothers; John, Raymond, and Ernie; step-granddaughter, Shan Marie MacNeil. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today, in McLaren Funeral Home,Pictou. Funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday,in Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, Pictou. Rev.Peter MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in Seaview Cemetery.
