EARL JOSEPH MUNROE

MUNROE, Earl Joseph - 55, Port Felix, Guysborough Co., passed away suddenly August 4, 2002, in Port Felix. Born in Whitehead, Guysborough Co., he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Munroe) Munroe. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 117, Tor Bay. He was a fisherman most of his life. Earl was an avid card player and loved to play darts, hunting and enjoyed being back to the camp with his friends. He loved to watch sports and was a die-hard Leaf fan. Earl was a friend to everyone he met and he enjoyed life. He will be sadly missed by all. He is survived by stepbrother, Eugene; niece, Suzanne; nephew, Jeff. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday, funeral mass will be held 2 p.m. Friday, both in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Port Felix, Father Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery Fund or a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to G.W.
