MARY MARINA SKINNER

SKINNER, Mary Marina - 83, Mulgrave, died Saturday, March 16, 2002, in Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough. Born in Charlos Cove, Guysborough Co., she was a daughter of the late Hurbert and Elizabeth (Richard) Richard. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her husband, Charles Sr.; daughters, Joan Wong, Antigonish; Diane (Max) Keeping, Mulgrave; Hilda Elms, Wembley, Alta.; Alvina (Clarence) Snow, Lorraine (Tom) Hadley, Marion (Ralph) England, all of Mulgrave; son, Charles Jr. (Betty), Mulgrave; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Clarence, Ernie; sisters, Cassie Power; a brother and a sister in infancy. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today and Tuesday in Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, Father Bill Crispo officiating. Burial at a later date in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
