MARION JENETTE KNAPMAN

KNAPMAN , Marion Jenette - 67, Seal Harbour, Guysborough Co., passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2002, in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke. Born in Larry's River, she was a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Irene (Richard) Pellerin. She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Larry's River. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved to cook and bake. She is survived by her husband, Norman; sons, Gillis and Grant, both of Dartmouth; Graydon, Morrisburg, Ont.; daughters, Janice Waid and Angela LeDuc, both of Ottawa; brothers, James, Judique; Thomas, London, Ont.; Lloyd, Larry's River; sisters, Betty Richard, Lunenburg; Donna Goodwin, Larry's River; Margaret Rose Murphy and Leona Byrnes, both of Windsor, Ont.; Joyce McKenzie and Cathy Humphrey, both of Halifax; Florence MacAfee, Dartmouth; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother, Roland. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, both in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Larry's River, Father Will MacPherson officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Parish Cemetery Fund. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral Home Ltd., Country Harbour. Funeral services for the late Marion Jenette Knapman, 67, Seal Harbour, Guysborough County, were held April 6 in St. Peter's Church, Larry's River, with Father Will MacPherson officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Knapman died April 2, 2002, in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke. Born in Larry's River, she was a daughter of the late Joseph E. And Irene (Richard) Pellerin. She loved to cook and bake. She is survived by her husband, Norman, three sons, Gillis, Grant, both of Darmouth, Graydon, Morrisburg, Ontario; two daughters, Janice Waid, Angela LeDuc, both of Ottawa; eight grandchildren; three brothers, James, Judique; Thomas, London, Ont.; Lloyd, Larry's River; seven sisters, Betty Richard, Lunenburg; Donna Goodwin, Larry's River; Margaret Rose Murphy, Leona Byrnes, both of Windsor, Ont.; Joyce McKenzie, Cathy Humphrey, both of Halifax; Florence MacAfee, Dartmouth, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Roland.
