ISABELLA MUNROE

WHITEHEAD, January 20 - Mrs. Isabella Munroe, wife of Alexander Munroe, died very suddenly at 7.30 this evening. The deceased was seventy-six years of age. She had just returned from a visit of sympathy to Mrs. Reuben Munroe, whose husband and son were lost in the great blizzard of the 4th inst. Her nephew, Howard Munroe, accompanied her to her home and when he parted with her at the door she seemed to be all right, but a few minutes after her husband came in and found her lying on the kitchen floor dead. Mrs. Munroe was always a kind-hearted and sympathetic woman, and her sudden death is a great shock, and deepens the gloom which was cast over this community by the loss of Captain Reuben Munro and his crew.
