RAYMOND AMOS RICHARD

Richard, Raymond Amos -- 81, Charlos Cove, Guysborough County, died January 3rd 1995, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born at Charlos Cove, he was a son of the late Amos and Margaret [Richard] Richard. He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Charlos Cove and a lifelong trustee. Surviving are his wife, the former Beatrice Pitts; sons, Raymond, Little Dover; Glenn Charlos Cove; daughters, Beulah [Mrs. Archie Avery], Lundy; Margie [Mrs.Tom Slaney], St. Lawrence, Newfoundland; Sandra [Mrs. Jude Cashin], Ruth [Mrs. Leander Surette], Charlos Cove; half-brother, Russell Richard, Halifax; half sisters, Garnet Cashin, Dartmouth; Irene McCostie, Boston, Massachusetts; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Church, where funeral be 11 a.m. Friday, Rev. Gerald Campbell officiating. Burial in parish cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations to St. Joseph's mission building fund. Arrangements under the direction of G. W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
