MARY IRENE PELLERIN

PELLERIN, Mary Irene -- 84, Larry's River, Guysborough County, died January 24th 1993, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arnold Goodwin, Larry's River. Born in Charlos Cove, Guysborough County, she was a daughter of the late Timothy and Vennie [Pettipas] Richard. He was a member of St. Peter's Parish, Larry's River. She is survived by four sons, Roland, Lloyd, both of Larry's River; James, Judique; Thomas, London, Ont.; eight daughters, Elizabeth [Mrs. Gerald Richard], Donna [Mrs. Arnold Goodwin], both of Larry's River; Marion [Mrs. Norman Knapman], Ottawa; Leona [Mrs. Brian Byrne], Daytona Beach, Florida; Margaret [Mrs. Peter Murphy], Windsor, Ont.; Florence [Mrs. Peter McAfee], Steady Brook, Newfoundland; Joyce [Mrs. Frederick McKenzie], Halifax; Catherine [Mrs. Michael Humphreys], Porters Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Genesta LeBlanc, Spryfield; Charlotte [Mrs. Raymond Richard], Dartmouth; three brothers, James, Dartmouth; Archie, Guysborough; Ralph, Halifax; 29 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; two infant daughters; sister, Kate Boudreau; brother, Joseph. The body is in St. Peter's Church, visiting 7-9 p.m. tonight, 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, where funeral will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. James Attwood officiating. Burial will be in parish cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Peter's Cemetery fund or any charity. Arrangements are under the direction of G. W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
