Un Réveillon de Pâté aux Lièvres (a rabbit pate) as shown is made from a biscuit dough dumpling which covers the cooked rabbits. This "Reveillon" was held at the home of Mabel Pellerin with her visiting son, Danny, and her Avery nephews and their families as invited guests.
